Pearl motors are a single phase range of ventilating motor used extensively for air movement in small commercial businesses or restaurants.
The pad mount feature of these motors, make them particularly suitable for axial or tube type fans. Motors are speed controllable in a three wire configuration and are low noise.
We recommend that the run capacitor be mounted on the outside of the fan casing where exhaust temperatures are over 40oC. Refer to ‘Speed Control of Fans’ in the ‘INFO/FAQ’ section.
